This error message may display if you are launching the application.
In this event, please clear the cache files that are periodically stored on your machine as results are gathered.
This may be done by browsing to the FenestraPro folder on your machine.
This may be found at C:\Users\YOUR USERNAME\AppData\Local\FenestraPro. All files here may be safely deleted as they will be recreated when you launch the application again.
Please then relaunch the application and sign in with your credentials.
