Shading Viewer or 3D Charts display a black screen

Please close Revit and restart to reset internal references. Open the model again. (Shading Factors needs to have been included in the Building Manager to view shading effects in the Shading Viewer).

If this does not resolve it, it may be necessary to clear previous stored files that are saved in the FenestraPro folder. This may be done in Settings, under the Common tab, use the Clear Cache button and relaunch the application.
